Farmers’ Market Season 2015: Market manager, North End Farmer’s Market. Middletown, CT. A project of the North End Action Team (NEAT), the farmer’s market provides this low-income, urban neighborhood access to fresh fruit and vegetables. I managed grants that allowed vendors to take and double the money spent using SNAP (food stamps), WIC, and senior vouchers, among other duties.
